Methods of purchase
The purchase of the products, available as shown and described online in the relevant detailed information, is made by the Client, at the price indicated, and increased in the case of any transport costs, as specified in the following.
The Products are represented and are visible on the Site in an accurate manner and correspond to characteristics which they actually possess. Bennysystem cannot, however, guarantee the exact images and colours which the client sees on the monitor.
Before an order is confirmed, the Client will receive a summary of the following: the unit cost of each selected product, the total cost in the case of purchase of more than one product and transport costs.
Once the contract has been closed, the Client will receive a confirmation of the order via an electronic mail message, containing the Number and Date of the order. If there are problems, the purchase procedure will have to be repeated.
With the Order Confirmation, Bennysystem commits itself to supplying the Clients with the Products, according to the terms and conditions provided in the present Conditions of Sale.

The purchase and delivery costs of the product will be paid for by the client at the time the order is confirmed using one of the credit cards indicated online.

Accepted payments:

• Payment made with Credit Cards (Visa, Diners, American Express, Master Card, prepaid cards) directly online, on the Secure Server of the bank of Monte dei Paschi di Siena. The amount will be debited from your account only when the order has been filled.
• Payment made by Bank Transfer, indicating the order reference number, with the following bank account details:

Bennysystem guarantees the secure use of credit cards. If you choose to use this method of payment, you will be transferred to the secure server of the bank of Monte dei Paschi di Siena where you can insert all the information relevant to your card in complete security. Once the procedure has ended, you will be once again re-directed to our site where the order will be completed. Your information, in particular regarding your credit card, will enter a secure circuit directly managed by the above-named bank.

Conditions of delivery
We ship orders by:
"ORDINARY mail" delivery within 4/5 days
"EXPRESS mail 3" delivery within 2/3 days
"EXPRESS mail 1" delivery within 1 day

Right of withdrawal:
As according to the Legislative Decree no. 185 of May 22nd 1999, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days of the receipt of goods sent, via a written communication, sent by registered post with a receipt of delivery, to the following address:
